Give a Gift Card that you can personalise and send by email or download!
Once you have purchased a gift card, go to Your Account / Your Gift Cards.
There you can specify the recipient, give their email address and add a note to accompany it. You can then choose to download it or send it by email.
On the Gift Card is a code to be entered at the checkout by the lucky recipient when shopping on our site.
- Metropolitan France: between 3 and 5 working days
- European countries: between 3 and 5 days depending on the country
- North America: between 3 to 5 working days
- Japan: between 8 and 9 working days
- Rest of the world: between 8 and 9 working days
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
All products returned should be in their original condition and intact (cellophane packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.) in good condition for remarketing.
