All parcels are shipped within 48 working hours, except during holiday periods when this timeframe is extended to 5 working days. The dates of our holidays will be indicated on our website one week before they begin. You will be notified by email at each step, up to the shipment of your order.

Our orders are shipped via Colissimo (FR), Delivengo, or UPS, depending on the option selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number along with a link to follow the progress of your shipment.

With COLISSIMO & DELIVENGO:

Mainland France: between 3 and 5 working days

European countries: between 3 and 5 days depending on the destination

North America: between 3 and 5 working days (we have a warehouse in California that ships across the country)

Rest of the world: between 9 and 12 working days

With UPS:

All shipments sent via UPS are delivered within 2 to 4 days.

Please note that customs delays may apply depending on the destination country. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We cannot control customs procedures or anticipate any additional charges.

Our sales are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, which means our prices do not include import customs duties or taxes; these are the responsibility of the buyer. Taxes and customs duties are included for deliveries to Europe and the United States. For all other destinations, additional fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track the status of your parcel by visiting https://www.laposte.fr/outils/track-a-parcel or https://www.ups.com/fr/fr/home, depending on the chosen carrier, and entering your tracking number.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (cellophane wrapping, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be resold. We take great care in preparing your parcels. If, despite this, you notice a broken or missing product, or an error in your order, please send us an email at contact@lejardinretrouve.com with a photo attached. We will resend the broken or missing item as soon as possible, along with a mini spray of your choice.

Our perfumes are composed of ingredients carefully selected for their qualities by our perfumer. We are also fortunate to produce our own fragrance concentrates in our laboratory in Paris. These are then blended with alcohol by our bottler in Chartres, in full compliance with the strictest hygiene standards.

Our candles are made from a blend of mineral and vegetable waxes that ensures an optimal diffusion of the fragrance. They contain both synthetic and natural raw materials and comply with European safety regulations on Volatile Organic Compounds.

The porcelain vessel is reusable, food-safe, and suitable for both dishwasher and microwave use.

Our creams and scrubs are made with 99% natural ingredients, and the fragrance complies with IFRA standards. Our skincare products can be safely used by pregnant women and by children over 3 years old.

We still recommend performing a patch test on your arm by applying a small amount of product (about the size of a one-euro coin). If you do not notice any reaction after 24 hours, you can start using your product according to the directions indicated on the tube.
