The delivery times for our parcels are subject to delays beyond our control, which in some extreme cases may double the normal shipping time. If you require a guaranteed delivery time, we recommend using express/FedEx shipping. Free shipping only applies to standard shipping.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Our sales are DAP (Delivered at Place) – i.e. delivered on site: our prices do not include any import customs fees or taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our prices include taxes and customs duties for Europe, the USA, Canada and Japan.
For all other countries, customs duties and taxes may apply, which remain the responsibility of customers.

TRACK A PARCEL

You can track your standard order online by going to the website https://www.laposte.fr/outils/track-a-parcel and entering the parcel tracking number we provided you upon confirmation of your order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (cellophane packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold as new, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimal management.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds for returned products are processed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we receive the products returned by you.
