All parcels are shipped within 48 working hours.

LE JARDIN RETROUVE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed fraudulent, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES

Metropolitan France: between 3 and 5 working days
European countries: between 3 and 5 days depending on the country
North America: between 3 and 5 working days
Japan: between 8 and 9 working days
Rest of the world: between 8 and 9 working days

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Our sales are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, which means our prices do not include any potential import customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our prices include taxes and customs duties for Europe, the USA, Canada and Japan.
For all other countries, customs duties and taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING A PARCEL

You can track your standard order online by visiting https://www.laposte.fr/outils/track-a-parcel and entering the tracking number provided in your order confirmation.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 days from the date you receive your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (cellophane wrapping, accessories, instructions, etc.), in a state that allows them to be resold as new, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimal processing.
