Спершу аромат такий гладенький, пахне спілим солодким абрикосом, приємно так. А потім, хвилини через 3-4 з"являється запах підкопченого стиглого абрикоса. Дуже цікавий аромат. Він ніжний і серйозний.

Surprising

This is one of those perfumes that will not, by any means, exist in your preconceived notions. On first application is a floral mix thats both girly and suitable for an older woman. In the dry down, it becomes slightly powdery, and the sweetness softens to something like cashmere. After about 3 hours, it becomes a warm and slightly savoury scent, like a pleasant amber. It lingers on the clothes, scarf and my hair, being undeniably pleasant. I can distinctly smell the osmanthus, but the rest is a pleasant blur. I absolutely LOVE how not one single note smells synthetic or fake or plastic. So please, send my warmest thanks to the team who developed this perfume.
I would not say that this perfume made me feel 'happy', perhaps being South African means that I'm not the targeted demographic for a European scientifically tested formula.
But I will say that of the perfumes I've bought testers of from Le Jardin Retrouvé, this is my favourite. And I would highly recommend it as a safe blind buy for someone who likes floral type perfumes that aren't too sweet.
