Follow the rituals on the cards (Morning Ritual & Evening Ritual), light a scented candle, focus on yourself, let the positive energies come to you.
These "energy cards" are a link between benevolent thought-forms and our daily reality. These energies will help you, whatever your beliefs, to make the most of your day. They can be enhanced by our scented candles to help you feel more peaceful and in tune with yourself.
