ORDER PROCESSING

All packages are shipped within 48 hours.

LE JARDIN RETROUVE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it is deemed fraudulent, in accordance with our general conditions of sale.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES 

Metropolitan France: between 3 and 5 working days.
European countries: between 3 and 5 days depending on the country.
North America: between 8 and 9 working days (east coast) / between 10 and 11 working days (west coast).
Japan: between 8 and 9 working days.
Rest of the world: between 8 and 9 working days.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Our sales are DAP (Delivered at Place) - i.e. delivered on site: our prices do not include any import duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our prices include taxes and duties for Europe, USA, Canada and Japan.
For all other countries, customs duties and taxes may be applied, which are to be paid by the customer.

TRACKING A PACKAGE

You can track your standard order online by going to https://www.laposte.fr/outils/track-a-parcel and entering the tracking number we provided when you confirmed your order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to enable them to be remarketed in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimum management.
