Japan: Only Express Delivery service is available.
Rest of the world: Only Express Delivery service is available.
An "Express Delivery" option is available for all destinations served (delivery time from 24 to 72 hours depending on the country). Express Delivery charges as specified on this Site will be added to your invoice if you avail of this option.
The delivery charges for sample orders using the 3FREE promotion will be credited to your account and can be deducted from your first order of a LE NÉCESSAIRE.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Our sales are understood to be DAP – i.e. Delivered At Place. Our prices do not include customs duties or import taxes, which will be borne by the purchaser
All despatches to Europe, US, Canada & Japan are inclusive of taxes and customs duty.
Shipments to all other countries may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are to be borne by the client.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your standard orders online by going to the website Trackyourparcel.eu and entering the tracking number that you were given when your order was confirmed.
To track your 'Express Delivery' order, go to the respective DHL or FedEx website and enter the tracking number that you were given when your order was confirmed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your product/s within which you may exercise your right of retraction without having to provide any reason or incurring any penalty.
All products returned should be in their original condition and intact (packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.) in good condition for remarketing, together with a copy of the invoice for rapid processing.
