Processing and delivery of orders
All packages are shipped within 48 working hours apart from our vacation periods, where this delay will be extended to 5 working days. Our vacations will be indicated on our website one week before they start. You will be notified of all the steps until your order is sent by email.
Our orders are all shipped by Colissimo and you will receive a tracking number and the link that will allow you to follow your shipment.
Metropolitan France: between 3 and 5 working days
European countries: between 3 and 5 working days depending on the country
North America: between 8 and 9 working days (East Coast) / between 10 and 11 working days (West Coast)
Japan: between 8 and 9 working days
Rest of the world: between 8 and 9 working days
For people living in France, it is possible to request a delivery at a pick-up point or in the lockers of La Poste. You will be able to select these options when choosing the delivery method.
Our prices do not include any import customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the clients.
With the exception of European Union member countries and Switzerland, for all other countries, customs duties and taxes may be applied, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
We decline any responsibility in case of returning your package because of refusal to pay duties and taxes.
All the countries to which we can ship our fragrances are regularly updated on our delivery module. If your country of residence does not appear in the list when you validate your order, it is because it is excluded from the countries we serve. Do not hesitate to send us an email to email@example.com so that we can study what solutions we can implement to allow you to discover our perfumes.

Please regularly check the tracking of your package because if it has been dropped off at a post office, you have only a few days to pick it up. After this delay, it will be sent back to us. In this case, we can organize a new delivery, with a contribution to the shipping costs from you.
