Conditions of sale
What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal. Payments by check or bank transfer are not accepted, except in exceptional cases. 


When will my order be debited from my bank account?

Your credit card will only be debited when your order is shipped. In case of unavailability of certain items ordered, only the price relating to the actual products shipped will be debited.


Can I pay in several installments?

It is possible to pay in 3 installments without charge for orders of 50€ or more.

If you have chosen the option of payment in 3 installments, you will only be debited one-third of the total amount of your order. The remaining two thirds will split up in installments over the following two months.

Processing and delivery of orders
How long will it take to process my order? 

All packages are shipped within 48 working hours apart from our vacation periods, where this delay will be extended to 5 working days. Our vacations will be indicated on our website one week before they start. You will be notified of all the steps until your order is sent by email. 


By which shipping service will my package be sent? 

Our orders are all shipped by Colissimo and you will receive a tracking number and the link that will allow you to follow your shipment.  


What are the delivery times? 

Metropolitan France: between 3 and 5 working days

European countries: between 3 and 5 working days depending on the country 

North America: between 8 and 9 working days (East Coast) / between 10 and 11 working days (West Coast) 

Japan: between 8 and 9 working days 

Rest of the world: between 8 and 9 working days

After sales service
My product arrived broken, my order is incomplete or there is an error with the product, what can I do?

We take great care in the preparation of your packages. If despite everything you notice a broken product, missing or an error with your order, please send us an email to info@lejardinretrouve.com with a picture. We will send you back the broken or missing item as soon as possible, accompanied by a mini-spray of your choice. 


The pump of my perfume is malfunctioning or no longer working, what can I do? 

Our pumps are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase. Do not hesitate to contact us at info@lejardinretrouve.com and we will send you a new pump as soon as possible.


My bottle or funnel is broken or lost, what should I do? 

You can simply order empty bottles or funnel on our site in the accessories category on the main menu, in case of breakage or loss.


Our commitments to quality and environment
How are perfumes composed and manufactured?

Our perfumes are composed of ingredients carefully selected by us for their quality by our perfumer. We are also lucky enough to be the manufacturers of our concentrates, which are produced in our laboratory in Paris. They are then put on alcohol at our conditioner in Chartres, in compliance with the strictest hygiene standards.


How are the candles composed and manufactured? 

Our candles are made of a mixture of mineral and vegetable waxes, which ensure a perfect diffusion of the perfume. They contain synthetic and natural raw materials and comply with European safety standards on Volatile Organic Compounds. 

The porcelain bowl is reusable, compatible with food, and can be put in the dishwasher and in the microwave.


How are the care products composed and manufactured? 

Our creams and scrubs are composed of 99% of natural ingredients, the perfume is compliant with IFRA standards. Our care products can be used without risk by pregnant women and children over 3 years old. 

We still recommend making a test on your arm by applying a small quantity of the product (the size of a one euro coin). If you do not see any reaction after 24 hours, you can start using your product according to the recommendations on the tube.

Offers and loyalty program
How does the discovery offer work? 

If you wish to discover our perfumes, you can order mini-sprays. These will be refunded to you in the form of vouchers valid for an unlimited period of time on all of our products excluding mini-spray. This refund does not include shipping costs.


What does the offer without packaging conclude? 

During your order, you can choose the option "without pack". This does not mean that your bottle will arrive naked, on the contrary, it will be slipped into a fabric pouch and carefully placed in a package with a paper padding. Do not hesitate to use this pretty pouch as protection for your bottle in your bags and suitcases.


Do you have discounts for new customers? 

To benefit from a 10% discount on your first order, simply subscribe to our newsletter and you will receive a code that will allow you to benefit from it.

What is Perfumist®? How do I use it?

Have you noticed our Perfumist® module? It's the little red icon at the bottom right of our website. It is a small tool to help you choose your fragrance. If you click on the Perfumist® icon, you will be able to indicate in the search bar the name of your current perfume, or even a discontinued reference, and know which perfume from Jardin Retrouvé is closest to it.


I can't choose my perfume, can you help me? 

Do not hesitate to ask us on our social networks or by email at info@lejardinretrouve.com if you need help to choose your perfume. We will be very happy to help you and give you the same experience as in the store.

Do you have gift cards? 

We offer you a choice of gift cards of different values that are valid on our e-shop and in our boutique. They are digitalized cards that can be sent by email or printed by you and sent to the person of your choice. These cards contain a unique gift code that is valid for one year on all our products.


I would like to make a gift but I can't choose, can you help me?

Have you noticed our Perfumist module? It's the little red icon in the bottom right corner of our site. Do you do gift wrapping? Can I have a little note added to my gift? 

If you wish to offer perfume, you can ask during your order (in the remarks, when you validate your basket) that you would like a gift wrap.  We can also write on a card, a personalized message of fewer than 200 characters for the person who is to receive your gift.
